The following documents are required to renew an Exploring Post:

Annual Memorandum of Understanding--This form must be signed by the organization head.

Youth Roster--Each participating youth must be included on the youth roster.  It is ideal for youth to add their names to the roster at the Post Open House.  The roster must then be signed by the organization head.

Adult Roster--Each participating adult must be included on the adult roster.  Each Post must have a minimum of four adult advisors, and background checks will be conducted on adult participants.

Background Check Waiver--Use this form if your participating organization is a government agency that requires background checks as a condition of employment.  This form certifies that a background check has been completed for the individual on the form. 

*Other documents may be necessary for re-charting a Post.  Your Exploring Executive will assist you with re-charter paperwork.
