Exploring is a worksite-based program designed to enhance career-awareness and leadership. Local community organizations, such as hospitals and police departments, organize an Exploring post by matching their resoures to the interests of youth. Youth then attend meetings, elect officers, and participate in interactive, career-based activities. The program is for youth ages 14-20.
